- We attend to the maintenance of the Body Corporate’s ledger accounts
- We prepare the monthly cash flow statements of all the levies collected and all the payments made to and on behalf of the Body Corporate
- Arranging the annual audit
- Submission of the audited financial statement to each Trustee/Owner
